my first working week is over, yay! It was pretty cool, I met a lot of new faces, very interesting people, though my adaptation process always takes a bit longer than is normal, I feel welcomed in the company and feel that I MATTER. I have learned lots of new information, my head felt like a balloon yesterday... So I needed a free day! Today I had my spanish lesson which went surprisingly good though I had not had time to look into my book during the whole week. Then I went to visit my student to help him with English. After that I went with M. to Hornbach to look for a bathtub and washbasin. I wish I had more time to help him with the renovation, but at least I´m trying to be helpful in choosing interesting interior things and pieces which will be modern and functional- and save space because we know how small bathrooms in flats are! Now I´m just chillin, listening to Sam Smith and will prepare some stuff for Monday- need to run through my notes for work. Tomorrow I´m planning to walk another hill- Furča in Haniska near Prešov. There is a memorial in honor of Peasant´s uprising which took place there.
Today I found this picture on the Internet...(In my head I pretend it is my home :-P) Oh, how I miss my happy times in NYC ♥...and all the people...
P.S. Where can I arrange that my day will have 27 hours instead of 24? Feel I have no time...
